BioI am the reaper king from the dead dimension.
I am the one that death could not take and so in shame it relinquished its title to ME.
I hunt the twelve worlds for the twisted and angry spirits who cannot be at peace and I offer them reprieve in the form of vengeance. I take the dead and lost and broken. I snatch ghosts and drag them screaming to my world.
I am, you might say, a thief and a stealer of souls.

OOC Rules of Engagement:
1) Rex cannot be seen by most people, even those that can see duel spirits. They can kind of see him out of the corner of their eye, but directly, nope. However, his presence can be _felt_ by anyone in the form of a cliche dead chill.
2) He doesn't have much interest in the living, and consequentially they have little to worry about from him. He's much more interested in talking to people who are already dead or who have at least died -- especially those who are twisted, lost, evil, agonized, or otherwise not at peace.
3) The only time he's interested in living persons is when he sees their souls as being especially valuable to him somehow. If so, he'll act as an inverse guardian angel, slowly nudging that person towards their doom.
4) Rex Necros is a title, not a name.

Age: 3000ish.
